Ingredients: Umbrella Gin, lime cordial and ice
Ideal glassware: Coupe
Garnish: Lime twist or wheel
Method: Shake (hard) 50ml of Umbrella Gin with 50ml of lime cordial over ice in a large class or cup until it has chilled sufficiently then using a sieve, double-strain into a martini or coupe glass and garnish with a lime twist or wheel.
