Ingredients: Umbrella Gin, tonic water and ice
Ideal glassware: Highball
Garnish: Your favourite citrus
Method: Pack a highball or balloon glass with lots of ice. Pour over 50ml of Umbrella Gin and top with your favourite tonic water to taste. Stir gently and garnish with your favourite citrus.
