Mai Tai

Ingredients: Mamy Wata Rum, Orancia Triple Sec, Social Bitters, orgeat syrup and ice

Ideal glassware: Rocks or old-fashioned

Garnish: Social bitters, a lime wheel and a sprig of mint if you have one

Method: Shake 50ml of Mamy Wata Rum, 20ml of Orancia Triple Sec, 25ml of freshly-squeezed lime and 10ml of orgeat (almond) syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into an ice-filled rocks or old-fashioned glass and garnish with a dash of Social Bitters, a lime wheel and a sprig of mint if you have one.
