Ingredients: Umbrella Gin or Run of the Mill vodka, dry vermouth and ice
Ideal glassware: Martini (or coupe) glass
Garnish: Lemon twist or a green olive
Method: Stir 75ml of Umbrella Gin or Run of the Mill Vodka with 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) of dry (white) vermouth over ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass (preferably from the freezer if you have room) and garnish with either an olive or a lemon twist. Experiment with different ratios of gin/vodka to dry vermouth to find your perfect serve.
