Ingredients: Mamy Wata Rum, sugar syrup, limes, mint and ice
Ideal glassware: Highball
Garnish: Lime wheel or wedge and a sprig of mint
Method: Lightly muddle a handful of mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add 50ml of Mamy Wata Rum, 25ml of freshly-squeezed lime juice and 20ml of sugar syrup and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and a spring of mint.
