Ingredients: Umbrella Gin, Orancia Triple Sec, an egg, lemons and ice

Garnish: Lemon twist
Method: Shake 50ml of Umbrella Gin, 25ml of Orancia Triple Sec, 25ml of freshly-squeezed lemon juice and 1 small egg white with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
