Pic-Amar Bitter Aperitivo

Description: This bitter red aperitif is made just outside Turin, the home of Italian bitters and has been created by our master distiller to be exceptional in classic cocktails such as the Negroni, Americano and Boulevardier.

25% ABV. 70cl.

Tasting notes: The earthiness of gentian root and orange peel on the nose gives way to the sweetness and complexity of the aromatics and ends in the classic bitter edge you’d expect from an Italian bitter.

Socially Spirited recommends: Pic-Amar Negroni. Stir equal parts Pic-Amar, Umbrella Gin and Celestiale Vermouth in a rocks or old-fashioned glass with a single large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with an orange slice or twist.
